A Study on Animation Industry of Korea in the Process of Cultural
Industry

This study is investigated for developmental directions of Korea
animation culture-industry. The results are following these.
First, a fundamental structure of a domestic animation industry
iscomposed of subcontract production and creative production, but
safety of industry is forced by a cheap labor of the east-west Asia.
Besides, the creative of animation is shown a limitation because
of a high absurd condition. Therefore, for a developmental, alternative
proposal, it is needed a concerted action with the other country
so that makes the structure of a cooperative production.
Second, a social cognition of animation is lowed fundamentally
with relation to the domestic animation industry. It is a negative
vision and the tendency toward animation
These is involved a capability of a bad circle as influencing the
investor and the employer in animation industry. So, it is needed
to prepare the plan which can change a cognition that animation
is alow-grade culture.
Third, the government have to conduct a activity based on a public
choice. In other words, we need to the control of the administrative
about a policy development as having potential ability toward animation
industry.
Therefore, based on a administrative leadership, the broadcasting
organization, a establishment of a supportive agency is prepared.
Specially, because this role is important that a governmental supports
how conducts well, it must establish relationship between the academic
organization and industry, and change the tendency of a social vision
about animation.
