The terms of globalization and internationalization are being generalized. In addition, according as the time of technique war and culture war that there is not border in the 21st century offers itself in accordance with the construction of superspeed communication network, the importance of ultramodern reflection industry to be the basis of reflection which will transmit a message and receive a message through information expressway and of computer graphics to be the core of technique is being embossed globa11y.

That is, it can deemed that computer graphics is causing much change over the whole of mankind culture with big power as the leading role which opened the high information-oriented time like today and that is close relation with our life as the means of communication of human beings.

So as to meet this stream, the application of computer graphics in the advertisement field which is the representative object cannot help being essential. Then, TV advertisement of our country has developed greatly in the qualitaive and quantitative sides with TV CM(Commercial message) in 1956 as the starting point. And now, it can be said not as the culture commodity that the high creativity and the ultramodern machine supplies to be able to realize it make together but also as the do main of marketing.

Especilly, it is needless to say that computer graphics performs the function of advertisement effectively with the diverse expression method and expression effect through TV medium. Morever, it performs the innovative function in the technique of transmission and treatment of information to use this also.

Therefore, this researcher groups to the scheme to be able to maximize the development of computer graphics by comparing and analyzing the usage of computer graphics classfied by case through TV advertisement and presenting the actually of inland circle of computer graphics and its solution of problems, in this study.
