One of the uttermost constraint that I faced during this research was that fact that informations were very scarce and confidential. My assumption is that by sharing their strategies, they believe that they are revealing their method of success. But by doing so, they can be the target of benchmarking which in turn might give them the driving force to push themselves in becoming more competitive which will lead them in the direction of never ending quest in maintaining their preeminent position.
