The Role & Prospect of Condominium in Loading Industry

There are lots of condominium all over the country, especially in tourist resort areas after establishing the Han Kook Condo in Kyongju on 1980. As the result of this, Condo. owners also were displeased because they couldn't have an effect in both of usefulness and property propagation as they wanted. Now, we care talking about the role and future prospect of condominium.

1. The role of condominium

1) Should develop a variety program as a subsidiary facility in a general leisure town as well as the role of lodging facility.
2) Should have a condominium chain to be harmonized with the area and natural scene.
3) Need a epoch-making research in methods of reservation.
4) The future strategy in the Korea Condominium Business should be based on membership and time-sharing system which is introduced the use concept instead of the possession concept.
5) The act for only pursuing the business profits should be eliminated.

2. The future prospect of Condominium

It would be very hard situation for a long time, especially for non-professional speculative enterprises, and the mergers will be accelerated because of financial difficulty.
