A Study on the Measuree upbringing Condominium Industry in Korea

It was not until 20 years That Condominium industry landed in Korea. In it's early times, some of enterprises participating in would have promoted it's speculation aspect, for from a good utilization for leisure facility. Regardless of this morbid start-up devotions to Condominium in the 1970's, now er have entered upon a new phase towords an unbringing of it, according to improvement of national eccnomy & activation of national tourism.

Swimming with the current of the times, we are responsible for a sound rearing of the govenment policy od positive pulicity an it's fourmulation.

The purpose of this study on the Condominium up bringing is to find out the problems accumulated in past 20 years and to suggest their solutions accordingly.

The problems will be exposed as stated below;

1. The expenses impoed to the Condominium users

2. ill-managed Condominium facilities

3. inappropriate utilization for Condominium

1) over-ocupied specific dates

2) fall-behinded system in transporting luggages

3. business hours of stocks.

It is highly recommanded that we be failiar with the new presciptions aginst the irrationalities above-mentioned for the maintenance of well-oriented Condominium. industry.

1.Introduction of the annual (monthly) fee system for Condominium visitors

2. Solicitation for the improvement of facilities and service

a. security of incidental facilities increased.

b. command of a quality service

3. Management formulation for better movement
